Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Onsite – Greenwood Village, CO
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying up to $23/hour with a May 12th start date.
AimHire is partnering exclusively with a respected real estate development firm with a national footprint, to find a proactive and polished Administrative Assistant for their Greenwood Village office. This is a quiet, 10-person office where the right candidate will play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. The position offers a strong potential for growth, flexibility once permanent, and the opportunity to work in a company that genuinely invests in their employees.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondences, and handling phone calls.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Process data in support of accounting and project management; prepare reports.
- Coordinate office operations, including ordering supplies and liaising with vendors.
- Greet visitors and assist with general customer service needs.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities independently.
- Self-directed with a professional demeanor.
