Job Overview :
As a Civil Engineer I in the Oil and Gas Division, you will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and execution of engineering projects within the oil and gas sector. The position will be focused on supporting oil and gas clients, specifically site grading design, storm water analysis, access road design and associated tasks for planning, permitting, and construction of these sites. You will collaborate with a team of engineers and other professionals to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and design of oil and gas infrastructure projects, including well pads, access roads, and storm water facilities serving oil and gas wells, pipelines, storage facilities, compressor sites and processing plants.
- Conduct site evaluations and assessments to determine project feasibility and requirements.
- Prepare and review technical documents, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve engineering issues and optimize project outcomes.
- Utilize CAD software and other engineering tools to create detailed designs and models.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and challenges.
