Position Overview :

AimHire is seeking an experienced HRIS / Benefits Analyst with strong expertise in Paycom and workers' compensation (W / C) compliance to join our client’s growing team. This role requires a highly organized individual with a deep understanding of HR benefits, specifically leave of absence (LOA), and workers' compensation processes. The HRIS / Benefits Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to ensure compliance and efficiency in handling workers' compensation claims, tracking benefits, and maintaining the HRIS system.

This is a 3-month contract paying up to $45 / hourly based upon experience

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with visual guides for workers' compensation claims.
• Establish clear processes for workers' compensation claims management, including employee communication and insurance carrier coordination.
• Track, organize, and maintain documentation for workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Respond directly to claims and ensure follow-up with employees and insurance carriers.
• Develop and maintain an organizational structure and ensure accurate record-keeping in the HRIS system.
• Create and enforce processes around compliance, ensuring the organization meets regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth communication and adherence to policies regarding benefits and workers' compensation.
• Handle compliance reporting for workers' compensation and benefits to ensure all claims and benefits are processed in a timely and compliant manner.
• Maintain and update the organizational chart as necessary.
