Job Title: VP Of Marketing
Location: Denver, CO

This is a direct hire role paying $130-$150K 10% annual bonus depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategy to grow core businesses through various lead-gen channels.
- Define a lead-gen strategy, set KPIs, and integrate technologies to support acquisition and conversion.
- Create and execute marketing plans, including promotional materials, to expand market share.
- Use multiple marketing channels to achieve growth and boost brand visibility.
- Foster customer relations through targeted programs and manage company presence at events.
- Develop strategies to nurture leads, address conversion challenges, and implement solutions.
- Lead brand storytelling, stay updated on trends, and position the company effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create go-to-market strategies and ensure brand alignment.
- Build and motivate the marketing team; plan for team growth and structure.
- Use data-driven insights to track success, measure campaigns, and optimize future efforts.
Requirements:
- 5 years of B2B Marketing Management experience within a fast-paced SaaS environment required
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Experience with Workforce Mobility or HCM is a huge plus
- Proven track record of lead generation strategies
- DemandGen Expert Services experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must have strong content/writing skills, attention to detail, and project management skills.
- Experience writing case studies and blogs
- Proven success in launching, promoting, and selling enterprise solutions in a relationship driven sale
- Complete marketing mix experience (Online, Advertising, Media, Promotions and PR)
