Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Multiple Positions Available
Location: Geneva, Waterloo, Penn Yan, and Rochester, NY
Shifts: Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
Pay: $27.24 - $28.60 per hour
(Breakdown pay available for travelers over 50 miles away)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of CNA experience required
- Active CNA license in New York State
- BLS certification (only from RQI or AHA)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Utilize EMR and EHR systems to maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient service and support.
- Assist in the implementation of care plans for patients with various needs, including those with developmental disabilities or memory care requirements.
