Job Title: Programmer Analyst 3 - Oracle Developer
Location: Onsite at 200 Piedmont Ave, SW Atlanta, GA 30334 (Must be local to Metro Atlanta)

Description:
Georgia DPH IT seeks an Oracle Developer to rewrite and enhance the Emerging Infections Program (EIP) modules in Oracle, as part of SendSS modernization. The project focuses on updating workflows and data capture for various conditions, collaborating with the legacy system SME.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Oracle PL/SQL: 5 years
- Web development (HTML, JavaScript): 5 years
- Relational databases (Oracle 11g/12c, SQL Server): 5 years
- Full project lifecycle for web systems: 5 years
- System application development: 3 years
- Troubleshooting and self-motivation
Education: Bachelor's in CS, MIS, or related field required.
Modules Involved: EIP ABC s, iSA, CDI, Viral Reporting (Flu, RSV, COVID), and more.
The position requires local candidates to Metro Atlanta.
