We’re seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead design teams and drive project success across a range of developments including corporate, residential, mixed-use, and industrial projects. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and client coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Lead and mentor design teams
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders
- Oversee project documentation, invoicing, and reporting
- Support business development and proposal efforts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
- PE license in Tennessee (or ability to obtain)
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D; Ajera a plus
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing multiple projects and teams.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
