Job Description:
As an Onsite PMHNP, you will be responsible for conducting psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and follow-up appointments in a clinical setting. You will collaborate with our mental health team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications as appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Provide patient education and support
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Active DEA license
- Professional liability insurance
- Proficient computer skills for documentation and electronic medical records
- 1-2 years of experience as a PMHNP
- Availability to work onsite at the new location
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health
- Board certification as a PMHNP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
