Job Description: As a Telehealth PMHNP, you will be responsible for conducting virtual consultations, assessments, and follow-up appointments with patients. You will work collaboratively with our mental health team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications as appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Provide patient education and support
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
- Active DEA license
- Professional liability insurance
- Proficient computer skills
- 1-2 years of experience as a PMHNP
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health
- Board certification as a PMHNP
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
