Aimergency Connect Psych Care is committed to providing exceptional mental health care to individuals and families. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled therapist to join our team. As a therapist at Aimergency Connect, you will play a critical role in supporting clients through individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and PSR (Psychosocial Rehabilitation) services. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the mental health and well-being of our clients while working within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Individual Therapy: Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients with varying mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Group Therapy: Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to share experiences and learn from others.
- Family Therapy: Work with families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships, with a focus on promoting overall family well-being.
- Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR): Support clients in their journey toward recovery by offering PSR services, focusing on skills development, community integration, and increasing independence.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and progress notes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health research.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid state licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
- Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy.
- Knowledge of psychosocial rehabilitation practices and mental health recovery models.
- Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with telehealth and remote therapy services is a plus.
