Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team. The FNP will deliver primary and preventive care services, manage acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including routine check-ups, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Develop and implement patient care plans based on comprehensive assessments.
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers for coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted license as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Texas.
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program.
- National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (AANP or ANCC)
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) through ANCC or AANP.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience as an FNP preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
