Summary
AIMMS is looking for an on-site leasing consultant for one of our luxury properties in West Little Rock. Multi-family experience is a plus but not required. Those with luxury retail sales, hospitality experience, loan assistant or other sales consultant experience who are willing to be trained in the multi-family environment as a leasing consultant are welcome to apply. We are looking for a confident, customer service-oriented professional to join our team to work closely with management to interact with prospective residents and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retentions. This position offers a generous housing discount, and you will be rewarded for your sales performance and will have the opportunity to participate in our commission program.
Responsibilities
- Present community and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
- Identify the needs of our prospective residents to help them find the perfect apartment home.
- Confirm rental application data, verify income, and complete rental verifications.
- Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
- Enter all guest cards into property management software.
- Converts phone traffic into scheduled appointments.
- Inspects buildings and ground to ensure cleanliness and reports to maintenance on repairs needed.
Skills
- Ability to read, write and communicate efficiently.
- Ability to use a computer, with knowledge of email, texting, Microsoft Word, Excel and AppFolio or other on-site accounting software.
