What You’ll Do : Perform field testing and inspections of soils, aggregates, concrete, grout, mortar, asphalt, and reinforcing steel on active job sites. Learn how to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Travel daily in a company-provided truck (once promoted to Engineering Technician 1) to various project sites. Work outdoors in all weather conditions , performing physical tasks (lifting 50–100 lbs, standing, squatting, bending, and kneeling for extended periods). Accurately document test results and communicate findings to project managers and site personnel. Engage as part of a team , solving challenges and supporting construction projects.
