AIMS Advantage is hiring for multiple for warehouse pickers and selectors using a Stand Up Hi-Lo to fill immediate positions. These are full-time temporary-to-permanent positions with an excellent benefit package upon hire. Our positions are located in Coopersville, MI and work is in a refrigerated distribution warehouse set at 38°. Shifts Available:
Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm or 7:00am - 5:30pm
Monday - Thursday: 5:00pm - 3:30am or 7:00pm - 5:30am
Friday - Sunday 5:00am - 5:30pm
SUMMARY: The warehouse picking and selector operates a Stand Up Hi-Lo in order to transport materials to and from the trailers and to transport products to their proper locations (on the line, storage, production floor, warehouse, etc.). The candidate must have 1 year of prior Stand Up Hi-Lo experience, must be able to operate a Hi-Lo safely, and be comfortable placing products up to 6 shelves high with the Hi-Lo. Occasional heavy lifting will be required up to 50 lbs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hi-Lo Drivers are responsible for loading and unloading trailers.
- Placing material in proper locations.
- Bringing raw material from raw storage area to the line.
- Taking finished products from the inspection area and delivering the products to the storage area.
- Taking trash out to the dumpsters when needed.
- Completing part inventory.
- Responsibilities include all, but are not limited to only, those listed above.
- Follows all safety, housekeeping and company policies and procedures.
- Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and job assignments as required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 year experience operating a Stand Up Hi-Lo with consistent employment. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
