L2 – Clinical or Internship Instructor On-Site – $1,562.00 per credit
L3 – Clinical or Internship Rad Tech – $3,045.00 per credit
L4 – Clinical or Internship Nursing - $3,182.00 - $3,534.00 per credit based on employee’s highest applicable degree
M2 – Clinical or Internship Instructor On-Site - $1,562.00 per credit
M3 – Clinical or Internship Nursing and/or Nurse Aide (Health/Nurse Aide) - $2,121.00 - $2,356.00 per credit, based on employee’s highest applicable degree
In certain instances, due to low enrollment, faculty payment will be based on part-time per credit pay and pro-rated on a 10% per student basis.
Part-time employees also receive some benefits depending on the number of hours worked.

Duties
This exercise professional will be teaching courses related to dance. Ideal candidates will be well-versed in teaching various dance styles and choreographing content for classes. Some of the duties in this position include but are not limited to, preparing and delivering lectures, developing course content, assessing student learning, and providing academic guidance. This position requires flexibility in scheduling to accommodate morning, daytime, and evening classes. This exercise professional assumes responsibility for teaching all aspects of the assigned dance classes below:

Salsa
Jazz I
Ballroom Dance I / II
Belly Dance I / II

Faculty: Upon hire, must submit academic transcripts from an accredited institution. Applicants who have degrees from outside of the United States must request a credential evaluation of their transcript. National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (www.naces.org) or Association of International Credential Evaluators (www.aice-eval.org) lists members who may be contacted for assistance in evaluating foreign credentials.

Job Duties
- Instruct high-quality dance classes to Aims Community College students and staff as scheduled.
- Embrace and apply the College’s purpose, vision, mission, and commitment to diversity.
- Clearly explain and demonstrate exercises and equipment.
- Provide modifications tailored to various skill levels.
- Supervise and assist class participants in utilizing equipment.
- Instruct participants on safe equipment usage and intervene in unsafe actions. Address inquiries regarding class content.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Display effective leadership and organizational abilities.
- Prioritize the safety and well-being of all class participants.
- Promptly address risk management issues as they arise.
- Document all emergencies and injuries accurately and promptly.
- Applicant must hold a post-secondary educational degree.
- Associate’s Degree, accompanied by 8,000 hours of related experience and a relevant certification (if applicable) OR
- Bachelor’s Degree, accompanied by 4,000 hours of related experience and a relevant certification (if applicable) OR
- Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field, accompanied by relevant certification (if applicable).
- Hold a valid CPR/First Aid/AED certification or have the ability to obtain certification. CPR/First Aid/AED classes are offered to staff at no expense.
- Physical effort is required, including, but not limited to, lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.
- A pre-employment post-offer physical exam will be required of the selected candidate.

- Meet Aims Community College requirements for part-time faculty credentials.
