About the Role:
As a Lead Auditor, your job is to listen to recorded phone calls from potential customers who contact Aimvo Pest Control. Your mission? Determine whether each caller is a qualified lead—someone genuinely interested in our services—or not. Your insights help us refine our marketing, improve our call handling, and ultimately serve more customers effectively.
What You’ll Do:
Listen to and evaluate recorded inbound and outbound calls to Aimvo Pest Control.
Identify and tag calls as either potential customers or non-leads based on established criteria.
Document key call details, including caller intent, interest level, and outcome.
Collaborate with the team to refine lead qualification standards.
Dispute low quality phone calls in certain marketing channels.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and great listening skills.
Ability to think critically and make objective judgments.
Excellent written communication for documenting call summaries.
Dependable and self-motivated—you’re the type who gets the job done without micromanagement.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
