Main Responsibilities
- To develop and implement process improvements to achieve cost reduction and supplier performance enhancements.
- To manage a portfolio of suppliers and improve supplier performance and quality.
- To monitor supplier scorecards and drive improvement on performance regarding backorder ratio, lead-time, quality, compliance, fill rate, etc.
- To analyze data to achieve cost-saving goals and streamline purchasing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Procurement within a Manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage suppliers.
- Expertise in purchasing high-volume, high-mixed materials.
- Solid knowledge in ERP and Excel systems.
