Ainsley Search Group is seeking a highly motivated Occupational Health Manager to lead our safety initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies, conducting regular safety inspections, and overseeing workers' compensation activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of safety policies, processes, and procedures.
- Develop measurable safety performance objectives, metrics, and KPIs to drive improvement on safety across all organizations.
- Ensure organization follows OSHA rules and regulations, regularly update OSHA rules, changes, updates, new policies to ensure compliance is up to date.
- Oversee all aspects of workers' compensation activities, including insurance claims, incident reports, investigations, and medical management.
- Maintain personal protection equipment and promote its use throughout facilities.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and safety issues.
- Lead the inspection of equipment for purpose of safety to validate its proper functionality.
- Ensure the security procedures and policies for local plants and ensure compliance with emergency and evacuation procedures.
