Billing and Inventory Administrator

We’re seeking a Billing and Inventory Administrator to manage our invoicing, collections, and inventory processes. This role is critical to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring seamless operations. Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable:

• Generate and issue accurate customer invoices.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile the A/R ledger, resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare A/R reports and maintain up-to-date financial records.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy.
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with procurement and production teams to maintain proper stock levels.
• Generate detailed inventory reports for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in A/R and inventory management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
