POSITION SUMMARY :
The role of the Compliance Licensing Analyst is to prepare, review and submit accurate and timely gaming license applications and renewals and to ensure that the gaming licenses and approvals are maintained by Regulatory Compliance with the respective license conditions and / or reporting requirements.
The successful applicant will report to the Director of Global Compliance based in Las Vegas.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Compliance Licensing Analyst will be responsible for :
- Obtaining required occupational, entity, and principal licensing in jurisdictions the Company operates or seeks to operate.
- Complete and submit all documentation required for initial and renewal of Company regulatory license filings.
- Track Company licenses for submission and renewal deadlines.
- Verifies completeness of application and compliance with all established requirements.
- Provide support in coordinating with executive officers to schedule fingerprinting, run background checks, pull credit reports, complete questionnaires, etc., in conjunction with license filings and notification requirements across the footprint.
- Manages caseload to ensure timely and accurate handling of each assigned application.
- Communicate promptly and efficiently with regulatory authorities in resolving licensing matters, filings, and handling questions or requests.
- Assist internal teams in resolving licensing or regulatory compliance issues, responding to inquiries, and communicating resolutions in a timely manner.
- Assist with submitting annual, bi-annual, quarterly, and monthly regulatory filings in jurisdictions the Company operates.
- Assist with periodic audits to ensure accuracy of data housed in relation to the Company’s software systems (e.g., ArdentSky®, etc.) to securely maintain employee Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other records as it relates to licensing.
- Assist with conducting due diligence screenings for review of customer suitability.
- Utilize the Company’s various legal and compliance software platforms (e.g., NAVEX®, etc.) to review suitability potential for customers, suppliers, professional advisors, and other third-party relationships.
- Responding to various inquiries for licensing information as requested by the Company’s executive team, shareholders, and other third parties.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Assist with special projects as assigned by the Director of Global Compliance.
- All other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming registration and other jurisdictional licensure, as required.
