REPORTS TO : VP of Product Strategy
POSITION SUMMARY
Skilled Data Analyst to join our product management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a passion for the gaming industry. You will be responsible for analyzing data to inform product development, optimize game performance and revenue generation, and support strategic decision- making.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect, clean and analyze data from various sources to provide insights into product performance and player behavior.
Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPI’s) for slot machine products.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify data-driven opportunities for product improvements.
Conduct A / B testing, player focus groups and other experiments to evaluate the impact of new features and game mechanics.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance player engagement and retention.
Monitor industry trends and competitor performance to inform product strategy.
Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Experience with gaming analytics and understanding of player behavior metrics.
Knowledge of product management principles.
Familiarity with slot machines mechanics and gaming regulations.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python or similar.
Experience with data analytics visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming registration.
