Job Summary :
The Ainsworth family is looking for an energetic team member who is a skilled tradesperson in charge of installing, inspecting and repairing pipes and plumbing systems to make sure all of a building’s fixtures operate correctly. Their duties include finding the source of leaks and blockages, fixing or replacing broken parts and testing the plumbing system.
Key Responsibilities :
- Installing, inspecting, and repairing pipes and plumbing systems.
- Finding and correcting the source of leaks and blockages and other plumbing issues.
- Fixing or replacing broken parts.
- Testing the plumbing system.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints.
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Delegating and directing the activities of outside contractors where needed including setting priorities, performing quality control checks and certifying invoices.
- Completion of electronic or paper-based records of maintenance tasks.
