Key Responsibilities
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing preventative maintenance.
- Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
- Coordinating and overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
- Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
- Completion of electronic or paper-based records of maintenance tasks.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- 3 years’ experience in the maintenance field
- Skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and repairing or replacing faulty parts
