Key Responsibilities
- Read MEP plans and interpret them to install conduit, wire, BMS controllers, and HVAC instrumentation devices to provide a complete low voltage BMS system.
- Use a computer and software to perform commissioning and troubleshooting on BMS equipment.
- Coordinate with other trades or partners on project sites.
- Provide red-line documentation and pictures of all installation.
- Work with a Project Manager to manage your daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
- Comply with Ainsworth’s safety standards and procedures.
- Current J License in Oregon
- Current EL06 or EL01 License for WA (preferred but not required)
- Current Driver’s licenses and clean driving record.
- Be able to work in public schools, hospitals, and correctional facilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to communicate verbally, via telephone and email clearly and concisely.
- Be able to work alone, or with a team
- Be willing to travel to jobsites in the Portland and Salem Area.
