What You Will Do :
- Lead, manage and ensure success of the firms' internal and external recruitment programs.
- Oversee all talent acquisition activities, including employment branding, talent acquisition technology and analytics.
- Design and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies to increase applicant flow and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Attract, develop, mentor, and retain recruiters.
- Identify and evaluate market data and trends to ensure long-term effectiveness of talent acquisition strategy.
- Engage business stakeholders and partner with the broader HR (Human Resources) department.
- Support the effective management of change across the business while leading strategies that drive elevated levels of commitment to achieve agreed upon outcomes.
- Develop key TA metrics to ensure the continuous improvement of people management activities, including employee engagement.
