Maintenance Technician Work Description
We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our team at Aion Management.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- CFC Type I & II certification (or ability to obtain within 180 days).
- Valid driver's license.
- At least one year of maintenance experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to perform physical activities such as walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 60 lbs., and bending.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sufficient knowledge to complete maintenance assessments to the standards of a Service Technician.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance procedures, be able to work efficiently, and maintain a safe working environment.
