What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition position at AION Management?
What You Will Do:
· Lead, manage and ensure success of the firms' internal and external recruitment programs.
· Oversee all talent acquisition activities, including employment branding, talent acquisition technology and analytics.
· Design and implement innovative talent sourcing strategies to increase applicant flow and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates.
· Attract, develop, mentor, and retain recruiters.
· Identify and evaluate market data and trends to ensure long-term effectiveness of talent acquisition strategy.
· Engage business stakeholders and partner with the broader HR (Human Resources) department.
· Support the effective management of change across the business while leading strategies that drive elevated levels of commitment to achieve agreed upon outcomes.
· Develop key TA metrics to ensure the continuous improvement of people management activities, including employee engagement.
Who You Are:
· 10 years of full life cycle recruiting background with experience leading and developing Talent Acquisition teams.
· Previous experience in Multi-Family Industry
· Passionate about building value- driven teams
· 7 years developing / leading a team in a high growth environment.
· PHR/SHRM-CP designation is preferred.
· Critical thinking and people skills along with the ability to build trusted partnerships with all business unit leaders.
· Proven track record to design and communicate clear processes, and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
· Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time, sitting or standing.
