What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multi-Family Maintenance Technician position at AION?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintenance Services
- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs and inspections on all areas as assigned.
- Assist with maintenance of storage supplies and materials.
- Prep and paint units for re-lease. Perform unit checks to ensure safety compliance and all units align up to company standards.
- Walk the property daily to ensure curb appeal and quality of apartments.
- Perform all required duties while being safety conscious and report any concerns to management. Attend safety meetings as required.
- Complete and document all service requests to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Function as a member of the on-call rotation team. Overtime available.
- Perform snow removal services as required.
- Perform ground keeps checks to ensure curb appeal.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

CFC Type I & II required or can be obtained 180 days after hire
- Valid Driver’s License
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to walk the grounds and apartments, ascend stairs around the property, lift 60 lbs., climb ladders, and perform other general physical activities such as bending, kneeling, pushing
- Sufficient knowledge to thoroughly complete maintenance assessment up to the standards of a Service Technician
- Hourly range $18-24
