We are looking to add a Controls Building Intelligence Specialist to our team! The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Niagara N4 and AX platforms, as well as a strong background in programming, integrating, and troubleshooting building automation and HVAC control systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a commitment to customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with field teams to develop, test, and implement high-quality BAS solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working with subcontractors and other trades as needed.
- Perform software programming, configuring both standalone and networked automation systems.
- Calibrate and commission systems using tools like multimeters, network terminals, and laptops.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and suggest improvements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and assist with training end-users on system operation.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and workplace standards.
- Stay current with industry advancements and participate in product training and certifications.
- Utilize AutoCAD, Visio, and Microsoft Office for design and documentation purposes.
