Overview:
They are seeking an associate with 2–4 years of experience in real estate transactions. You’ll work directly with senior attorneys and clients on a range of matters, including:

Acquisitions and sales of real estate assets

Commercial financing transactions

Leasing (office, retail, industrial)

Real estate due diligence and title/survey review

Homebuilder/developer representation (preferred, not required)

What We're Looking For:

JD from an accredited law school

2–4 years of experience in real estate transactional matters at a sophisticated law firm

Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills

Experience handling purchase/sale agreements, financing documents, leases, and diligence

Admission to the North Carolina Bar (or willingness to obtain)
Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range: $200,000 – $235,000, depending on experience
