Hybrid Real Estate Associate

Our client, a nationally recognized global law firm, is seeking a Midlevel Real Estate Associate to join its Raleigh office. This is a full-time, hybrid position offering hands-on mentorship, meaningful client contact, and the chance to work on sophisticated real estate transactions within a collaborative team environment.

Overview:
They are seeking an associate with 2–4 years of experience in real estate transactions. You’ll work directly with senior attorneys and clients on a range of matters, including:

• Acquisitions and sales of real estate assets

• Commercial financing transactions

• Leasing (office, retail, industrial)

• Real estate due diligence and title/survey review

• Homebuilder/developer representation (preferred, not required)

This position offers increasing responsibility, client exposure, and a structured path for growth. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

What We're Looking For:

• JD from an accredited law school

• 2–4 years of experience in real estate transactional matters at a sophisticated law firm

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills

• Experience handling purchase/sale agreements, financing documents, leases, and diligence

• Admission to the North Carolina Bar (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range: $200,000 – $235,000, depending on experience
