A well-established law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate (hybrid) with 4 to 7 years of experience to join its team in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic and collaborative team on complex and challenging employment litigation matters.
Responsibilities :
- Handle labor and employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff cases, discrimination and wrongful termination claims, wage-hour disputes, and class and collective actions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases, while taking responsibility for routine matters with minimal supervision.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
- Develop practical solutions to complex legal issues, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and innovative thinking.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on labor and employment issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
