Labor & Employment Litigator – Plaintiff-Side (Class Actions & Wage/Hour Focus)
A fast-growing litigation and trial firm is seeking a sharp and highly driven attorney to join its plaintiff-side labor and employment practice. This full-time role will focus primarily on wage and hour matters, including PAGA claims and class actions. A strong grasp of these areas of law is required, as the attorney will manage their own caseload with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise and represent clients in court, before government agencies, and in private legal matters

Conduct legal research and in-depth analysis of complex labor and employment issues

Communicate clearly with clients, judges, colleagues, and opposing counsel

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements

Interpret and apply relevant laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses

Strategize and brainstorm with senior attorneys and leadership on case development
What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrated experience in wage and hour law, PAGA, and employment class actions

Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team
