Labor & Employment Litigator – Plaintiff-Side (Class Actions & Wage/Hour Focus)

A fast-growing litigation and trial firm is seeking a sharp and highly driven attorney to join its plaintiff-side labor and employment practice. This full-time role will focus primarily on wage and hour matters, including PAGA claims and class actions. A strong grasp of these areas of law is required, as the attorney will manage their own caseload with the support of an experienced and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise and represent clients in court, before government agencies, and in private legal matters

• Conduct legal research and in-depth analysis of complex labor and employment issues

• Communicate clearly with clients, judges, colleagues, and opposing counsel

• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement agreements

• Interpret and apply relevant laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses

• Strategize and brainstorm with senior attorneys and leadership on case development

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience in wage and hour law, PAGA, and employment class actions

• Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team

• Excellent legal writing and analytical skills

• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a team-player mindset
