The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate documents while advising clients on wealth preservation and fiduciary matters.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal counsel on estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
- Assist clients with trust and estate administration, ensuring compliance with estate and gift tax laws.
- Collaborate with financial and tax advisors to create tailored estate plans.
- Represent clients in probate proceedings and fiduciary matters.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships while delivering high-level legal services.
Qualifications
