Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and organized part-time Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative tasks. This includes assisting in the implementation of Pipedrive, maintaining www.aionpath.com, and providing support for project management tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with administrative tools, website maintenance, and basic project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipedrive Implementation:
· Assist in the setup and configuration of Pipedrive CRM.
· Marketing automation within Pipedrive
· Support data migration and integration between systems as required.
· Maintain and optimize the Pipedrive platform to ensure smooth daily operations.
Website Support:
· Help manage and maintain the company website.
· Update website content and ensure its functionality.
· Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to the website and collaborate with developers if necessary.
Project Management Support
- Assist in tracking the progress of ongoing projects and tasks.
· Coordinate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
· Maintain project documentation, schedules, and workflows.
Social Media
- Create graphics, posts, stories, and other visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into Aion Path's social media strategy.
- Track performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates).
Grant Writing
- Research potential grant opportunities from foundations
- Assist with drafting, editing, and submitting grant proposals in collaboration with Founder.
- Track and manage grant application deadlines, reporting schedules, and submission timelines.
- Ensure that all grant-funded programs comply with the funder’s guidelines and requirements.
Qualifications:
· Familiarity with website content management tools (WordPress, CMS, etc.) is a plus, though not mandatory.
· Self-starter and problem solver
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
· Prior project management experience is a bonus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office tools.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
