We're looking for a Group Account Director who is excited by the atypical, and the opportunity to build, to join our agency client's team. This person will join a social-first integrated team that operates at the crossroads of creativity, culture, and technology. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Group Account Director to lead and inspire our account management team. The Group Account Director will be at the forefront of driving client success, fostering team growth, and delivering impactful, integrated communications solutions that resonate across the brand ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, including VPs and executive leadership, providing strategic counsel and expertise with a mature, confident presence.
  • Lead discussions with intellectual rigor, providing insights and solutions that transcend typical agency narratives.
  • Oversee the delivery of integrated brand campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across all touchpoints and alignment with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Account Directors, Account Managers and Account Executives, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.
  • Act as a mentor and coach, emphasizing skill-building and professional growth.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to develop compelling, social-first campaigns.
  • Advocate for and implement strategies that leverage social media as part of a broader integrated approach.
  • Bring a nuanced understanding of how brand campaigns manifest across the marketing ecosystem, driving results at every touchpoint.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and insights to guide innovative strategies and solutions for clients.

Skills & Experience :

  • 10 years of experience in account management, within an agency environment, working across diverse clients and mandates.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior-level clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering impactful, integrated campaigns.
  • A deep understanding of the marketing ecosystem, including brand, digital, and social media, with a clear vision for how these elements work together.
  • A mature, professional presence with the ability to communicate with authority and insight.
  • Deep understanding of social-first strategies, content creation, and digital platforms.
  • A natural leader and mentor, passionate about developing and empowering teams.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and unite cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven with a keen eye for detail.
