Join our innovative boutique fitness studio, the first in Michigan to offer Aerial Yoga! As part of the nationally recognized AIR® program, we specialize in delivering core-strengthening, body-toning aerial fitness classes for all levels.
We are excited to expand our offerings by introducing Kids Sensory Classes and are looking for a dedicated professional with Special Education, Occupational Therapy (OT), or Physical Therapy (PT) certification to lead these programs.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver safe, engaging, and inclusive sensory fitness programs tailored for kids.
- Provide guidance and support to children of all fitness and sensory levels, ensuring their safety and enjoyment.
- Monitor individual progress and adjust activities to meet the needs of participants.
- Demonstrate proper techniques and modifications for exercises and aerial activities.
- Motivate and inspire children to participate and build confidence.
- Design customized workout programs for various age groups (Kids and Teens).
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Certification in Special Education, Occupational Therapy (OT), or Physical Therapy (PT) is required.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Coaching (Dance, Cheer, Sports, Scouts, etc.)
- Teaching (preferably in special education)
- Familiarity with sensory activities or adaptive fitness techniques.
- Sales experience promoting training packages or merchandise is a plus.
- Comfort with leading group classes and providing modifications.
- AIR® certifications (offered for new hires) are a plus.
