Job Description:
Air Central LLC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our Service Department. This exciting opportunity requires someone with 4 years of experience to service a dedicated route of commercial customers.
The ideal candidate should be able to multitask in a dynamic setting, work independently, communicate effectively with customers, stay organized, and problem solve.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on A/C systems
- Respond to emergency service calls, troubleshoot issues, and perform emergency repairs
- Locate and diagnose A/C system deficiencies and malfunctions, prepare proposals to repair equipment, and complete repairs
- Remove and install replacement A/C systems
- Train junior members of the Service Department team
- Work face-to-face with customers daily, communicating technical issues and recommendations using simple terms that are understandable
- Work safely and adhere to the company's safety program
