What are the responsibilities and job description for the Time Critical Consultant Houston TX position at Air Charter Service?
LIFE AS AN ACS TIME CRITICAL AGENT
Developing prospective clients through research in our database websites LinkedIn and trade press etc.
Building relationships with our Worldwide Offices to ensure access and service levels in every country in the world and to provide our clients with targeted solutions.
Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Managing Time Critical bookings from inquiry to completion
Presenting tailored offers to clients with good commercial sense
Flight observation / monitoring of flight departures (this can also be done at inconvenient times)
Qualifications : WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR
Ability to adapt to situations and think of solutions quickly
Good commercial judgment
Enjoy working in a goaloriented and competitive work environment
Resultsoriented and goaloriented
Excellent numerical understanding and communication skills
Ability to work independently but be a team player
Love of travel and the tact to send 3rd parties around the world
Willing to work in shifts and as part of a team
Fluent written and spoken English skills. Bilingual in Spanish and / or Mandarin is a plus!
