A. Position: Cargo Service Representative-JFK

B. Job Description/Responsibilities:
Job Summary: In this role, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of ground handling agents in the loading, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft cargo. Ensure the implementation of safety, accuracy in cargo flight operation activities.
Your expected pay rate is $22.00-$25.00/hour. Actual pay rate will be determined based on individual’s skills, experience and other relevant qualifications. Employee working night shifts will receive a higher hourly rate (additional $3.00/hour) plus overtime at an enhanced rate.
- Monitor the assembly and sorting of inbound and outbound cargo to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of cargo on aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety and handling protocols.
- Monitor and coordinate with ground handling agents during aircraft operations to ensure smooth workflows.
- Ensure the safety and security of all cargo operations in accordance with company, local, and government regulations.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and security procedures during all phases of cargo operations.
- Manage and follow up on daily cargo-related emails, including communications with headquarters and overseas stations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and managers, adapting to the dynamic needs of the operation.
C. Qualifications:
- Associate Degree required, Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin Chinese preferred.
- Strong planning and organization skills, and attention to details.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
