• Position: Cargo Warehouse supervisor-ORD

Job Type: Full-Time

• Location: 837 Patton Dr, Core C Room 205(near Chicago O’Hare International Airport)
• Job Schedule: 0830-1700 (off days may not be fixed on Sat & Sun)
• Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Tracking and tracing shipment to ensure cargo movement & delivery
• Responsible for answering all cargo inquires
• Responsible for resolving cargo claims
• Maintaining inbound and outbound cargo records
• Providing general customer service
• Coordinate and communicated with ground handling agent to solve any problem occurred in warehouse
• Audit monthly check of warehouse handling service

• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or above preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin Chinese preferred
• Strong planning and organization skills, and attention to details.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship

• 工作内容及职责：
• 追踪及确认货物的进度与送达
• 货物处理、查询及索赔
• 通过邮件及电话处理客户需求
• 维护货物的进出记录
• 提供日常的客户服务
• 与地面代理协调沟通发生的任何服务问题
• 审核每月货库账单
• 岗位要求:
• 本科或以上学历
• 英文听说读写流利，懂普通话优先
• 熟悉MS Office办公软件操作
• 出色的沟通能力、工作细致有耐心
