A. Position: Station Service Representative
· Location: San Francisco International Airport (SFO)
· Job Type: Full-Time
B. Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance to passengers with modifying and updating reservations.
- Guide passengers through the preparation and verification of required boarding documentation.
- Address passenger complaints with professionalism, empathy, and effective solutions.
- Verify and check passenger documentation as necessary to ensure compliance with travel requirements.
- Support airport agents with daily operations and workflow to ensure efficient service delivery.
C. Requirements:
- Associate Degree required, Bachelor's Degree or above preferred
- Good communication skills in English, Mandarin Chinese preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Morning/evening shifts & weekend/holiday shifts required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship
- Previous experience working in airport stations preferred
