Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about various cannabis strains and products.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions based on their preferences and needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring all items are properly labeled.
- Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist with stock management.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products that may benefit customers.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the dispensary.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and state regulations regarding cannabis sales.
