Job Title: Service Scheduling Assistant

Job Summary
The Service Scheduling Assistant is a critical position within CS Medical. The Scheduling Assistant performs various functions to make sure that service processes in CS Medical are properly organized/scheduled at all times. The service process should be optimized so as to cut down service costs. The service processes should be scheduled and arranged so the company efficiently utilizes available resources to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Functions
- Create and/or enter purchase orders.
- Update the internal schedule with daily service progress.
- Schedule creation of service orders in a timely manner.
- Reconcile AMEX statement for service department.
- Book flights, hotels, and rental cars for the service team.
- Assist with the completion of intercompany transactions.
- Ability to organize and multitask is essential.

Minimum Qualifications
- Two-year associate degree, military certification; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work across multiple departments with a variety of task and objectives that have varying timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum two years’ experience scheduling in a service environment or related field.
- Experience with an MRP system.
Accountabilities:
- Promptly raise any issues that may prevent service visits from being completed on time.
- High Quality of Service to external and internal clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely completion of duties and task.
Location
This position will be based at our Creedmoor, NC office.
Terms of employment
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position.
Hours
The general hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour break for lunch. Two paid breaks are also included.
Work Environment
Work is regularly performed in an office environment.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk. The employee must occasionally lift, carry, push or pull up to 10 pounds.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position other than travel between properties.
