Summary About the position : This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Moo's & Brews, Beale AFB, CA. Position is flexible, not guaranteed hours and does not receive benefits, but could work between 0-40 hours per week. Responsibilities Responsible for greeting guests. Takes reservations and sets up tables for large groups. Informs guests of dinner specials. May be required to receive and submit initial patron drink orders. At the end of the meal, accepts the check from the customer, totals up the sale, and accepts payment, providing change as necessary. Payment may be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card. At the end of each tour of duty, the incumbent clears the cash register, completes all supporting documentation and submits to supervisor. Elevates problems to supervisor for resolution.
