Position Description
Provide technical assistance to computer users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. May analyze or recommend commercially available software. Supports all NMCI and FlankSpeed issues for program office personnel. May analyze or recommend commercially available software.

Requirements
Education
- MA/MS degree in relevant technical field.
- Allowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree or Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
- Required Experience: Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Desired Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the NAVAIR computer system administration process
- Active TS//SCI clearance with current background investigation is desired.
- At minimum, Active Top-Secret clearance with current background investigation is required.
