POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, and business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules.
**This position is contingent upon contract award.**
Requirements
Education
- MA/MS degree in relevant technical field.
- Allowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree or Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree.
Experience
- Required Experience: Over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description, with at least 5 of those years successfully managing technology development Electronic Warfare (EW) programs.
- Desired Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience in NAVAIR program management, technical, and business analysis discipline, related to acquisition and life cycle management; and a minimum of six (6) years out of 10 years of recent work experience related to analysis and planning. Demonstrated experience in program/project status, earned value management and schedules.
Security
- Active TS//SCI clearance with current background investigation is desired.
- At minimum, Active Top-Secret clearance with current background investigation is required.
