Job Summary
As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new business opportunities, and engaging potential clients through outbound outreach. You will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Research and target key decision-makers across various industries.
- Provide accurate information and make introductions for the outside sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly quotas for lead generation and pipeline growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with prospects.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
