We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Project team in the successful implementation of communication system projects across our territory. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist lead Project Managers in managing communication system projects from start to completion.
- Utilize project management tools (scheduling, budgeting, risk assessment, action item tracking) to analyze and resolve project-related issues.
- Support internal project processes, including order management, forecasting, revenue tracking, invoicing, and workflow systems.
- Contribute to external project elements such as reporting, meeting coordination, training, and inventory control.
- Participate in project review meetings, track progress, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and assist in the development of business strategies to optimize project success.
- Handle small projects independently, as assigned by the PM team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Experience with project management methodologies (Six Sigma, Agile, or similar) is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze project data, track performance, and ensure quality standards are met.
