Job Description
We are hiring Service / Maintenance Coordinators to work onsite at our property in the Revere, MA area.
The position of Service Coordinator is a very active and fast-paced role. You will be working directly with our current residents and assisting them with any requests or questions.
You will work at The Chase at Overlook Ridge, our large scale, luxury community in Revere, MA, just eight miles from downtown Boston.

Expected base pay rate of $25.00 - $27.50 per hour Monthly Lease Renewal Commissions. Scheduling apartment make-readies with in-house turn technicians and turn vendorsUpdating management on the status of turns / service requests / various projects.Perform Apartment Quality checks post turn and pre-move inPerform Apartment Move-Out Inspections.Become familiar with company purchase order and invoicing software.Enter in service requests for residentsAnswer questions regarding service requestsResponds to and manages resident complaints and / or service issuesReceive incoming work orders and prioritize as needed.Keeping our vendors accountable.Work with residents in resolving initial problems before dispatching.Open work orders and provide as much information before dispatching.Dispatch necessary personnel and equipment for incidents.Maintain detailed and accurate records and daily logs of activities.Operate software for data entry and upkeep of records.Follow-up with residents to ensure work order was completed to their satisfaction.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications : Qualifications
