Job Description
Our Resident Resolutions Coordinator is a very active and fast-paced/ high - volume job. You will be working to understand and develop programs for temporary resident relocation to mitigate and limit property disruptions resulting from onsite projects, in conjunction with company Community Managers and Area Operations Leaders.
You will work at Flamingo South Beach located in Miami Beach, FL., luxury apartment homes with incredible views of Biscayne Bay!
A bit more about what you’ll do…
- Analyze lease expiration and rates to influence project schedule and execution.
- Participate in the project planning stage of major construction projects to prepare and execute all aspects of the resident relocation plan within associated relocation budgets.
- Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly schedules with the company's Vice President – Operations/ Senior Director of Asset Quality along with representatives of company property operations and company Construction Services and the General Contractor to ensure that relocation and Redevelopment goals and schedules are being met.
- Develop and execute resident relocation and communication plans and presentations, including delivering written notice to vacate to residents, lead and maintain communication with residents and identify and address the relocation aspects of residents with special needs as it relates to project execution.
- Assist Construction Services with the tracking of units and report status when units go through the different redevelopment phases (up & down units), tracking forecast move out/in to actual.
- Work with residents to assess and select vendors and hotels to arrange temporary living arrangements and assess resident ongoing satisfaction, seeking feedback and adjusting process for any substandard feedback. Collaborate with internal team(s) to ensure full compliance with company policy and applicable law.
Qualifications
- 2 years customer service experience in a fast-paced service environment (ie, property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant etc.).
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- A reliable mode of transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Project management and property operations experience preferred.

- Expected pay rate of $19.00 – $21.00 per hour. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
